From 24–26 September 2025, the University of the Aegean (School of Humanities, Department of Primary Education) successfully hosted a 3-day training in the framework of the Erasmus+ Greendale Project.
The training, part of WP2 – Capacity Building of Higher Education Teachers, aimed to:
✅ Strengthen the ability of HE teachers to integrate sustainability competences into their courses.
✅ Introduce the draft Greendale Handbook, providing step-by-step guidance, tools, and methodologies for revising curricula based on the GreenComp Framework.
✅ Enable participants to start preparing the revision of one of their own courses, embedding sustainability skills for their students.
This hands-on event in Rhodes fostered collaboration, reflection, and the exchange of ideas among partners, marking an important milestone in building greener, future-ready higher education. 🌍📘
