MediaPedagogy Ρesearch Group participated in MRU Young Researchers Days 2026, held from 29 September to 1 October 2026 at Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius, Lithuania. Mr. Filippos Tzortzoglou, researcher, represented our team.
The event was organised within the framework of the European Reform University Alliance (ERUA), of which the University of the Aegean is a member. ERUA promotes cooperation among European universities, fostering innovation, interdisciplinary research, international mobility, and collaboration across academic communities.
The three-day event brought together early-career researchers from different countries and academic disciplines, providing opportunities for knowledge exchange, professional development, and international networking.
Throughout the programme, participants engaged in activities focusing on research idea development, funding opportunities, research proposal preparation, and scientific communication, with particular emphasis on effectively presenting and communicating research to different audiences.
Beyond the formal sessions, the event offered valuable opportunities for informal discussions and exchanges of experiences among researchers from diverse academic backgrounds. These interactions highlighted shared challenges in research and opened up possibilities for future collaborations.
Participation in international initiatives such as MRU Young Researchers Days contributes to the professional development of our research team, strengthens its international outlook, and creates new opportunities for engagement with the wider European research community.
