On 12 and 13 September 2024, the final meeting of the partners of the project XRWomen: Developing and/or improving foreing language-specific skills of refugee women or women with fewer opportunities through the tools of XR which will be completed by the end of November 2024, took place at CARDET’s premises in Nicosia.
The team was represented by Mr. Alivizos Sof΄os and Mr. Filippos Tzortzoglou. The work concerned the completion of the individual deliverables of the project, which aims to use augmented and virtual reality technologies to support the learning of the host language by women with a migrant background or women with fewer opportunities.
At the same time, on September 12, 2024, the mulitplier event of the project’s results took place in collaboration with the CUTing Edge laboratory of the Technical University of Cyprus in Limassol, which focuses on the use of augmented and virtual reality technologies.
