STEAME Academy – Certification Program for teachers and students

The Certification program for STEAME Teacher Facilitators enables trained STEAME educators and co-creators to apply for certification through a structured process that is both accessible and pedagogically aligned with STEAME methodology.

The programme is designed to validate and recognise the competences of teachers who:

  • Have completed the study of at least one accredited STEAME training module.
  • Have co-designed and implemented an interdisciplinary STEAME Learning & Creativity (L&C) Plan.
  • Have documented classroom application with students and gathered relevant feedback.
  • Have completed a structured self-assessment aligned with the STEAME Teacher Facilitator competence framework.

The certification process is supported by:

  • A digital application form divided into 6 structured steps.
  • Embedded evaluation criteria.
  • Required uploads of supporting evidence.
  • Automated scoring and area-level evaluation.

The certification in the form of a micro credential is available and offered by the European Federation of STEAME Teacher Facilitators Academies.

If there is a Regional STEAME Academy in the area of the teachers or students, the submission of the application to obtain the certification will have to be made through the regional academy while If there is no regional academy then the application can be submitted to the Federation directly.
