The policy recommendations of the project regarding the STEAME Teacher Facilitators academies are published in the website of the project.
The policy recommendations are aimed at policy makers and present a comprehensive set of policy recommendations designed to guide the development, scaling, and sustainability of STEAME Teacher Academies. These recommendations are grounded in the recognition that traditional educational models—often siloed by discipline, focused on content transmission, and constrained by rigid assessment structures—are no longer sufficient. Instead, education systems must shift towards interdisciplinary, learner-centred, and competency based approaches that reflect real-world complexity.
In that view STEAME Teacher Academies are envisioned not merely as training providers, but as dynamic ecosystems that connect schools, higher education institutions, policymakers, industry, communities, and learners themselves.
